Hi, I’m Danielle!

I am a wife, mom of 2, and Virtual Assistant! I live in a small mountain town in Northern CA and love how peaceful it is here. Problem solving, task management, and building lasting relationships are all areas that have always drawn me in, no matter what title I have held. I have a Bachelors of Science, 6 years working as a program manager, and 13+ years working in customer service and administrative roles.

Organization is my love language. My passion is helping business owners get their life back, increase their productivity, and focus on the parts of their business they love, by leaving the parts they don’t to me! I learn quickly, am very detail oriented, reliable, great with time-management, and communication. I believe in creating a work/life balance that benefits my clients as well as my family and want the same for you!

First time hiring out?

I get it. Hiring for the first time can be scary. That’s why I am here to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible. Here’s how it works from inquiry to start date.

 
  • This will be a complimentary 30-45 minute call where we get to know each other, discuss your needs, pain points and ultimately see how my services can free up your time and get you back to doing what you love.

  • Create a list of tasks that bog you down, you dread doing, or frankly just take up too much of your time. Now which of these do “you” have to do, and which ones can be delegated to an assistant? Now that you have this, you can determine how many hours a month you need support.

  • Onboarding will be a breeze! Once the contract is signed and the onboarding form is complete, we will schedule a kick off/initial set up call to go through each task.
